Iverson in Denver

It’s official, Iverson has gone to Denver in exchange for Andre Miller, Joe Smith, and two future first rounds picks. Time for me to get myself a Nuggets #3 jersey to go along with my blue, red, white, and black sixers #3 jerseys.

One day after losing the NBA’s leading scorer, the Denver Nuggets picked up a four-time scoring champion.
The Nuggets on Tuesday acquired superstar Allen Iverson from the Philadelphia 76ers.
Denver shipped guard Andre Miller, forward Joe Smith and a pair of 2007 first-round draft picks to Philadelphia. The Nuggets also received forward Ivan McFarlin in the deal.
Second in the NBA in scoring this season at 31.2 points per game, Iverson made national headlines two weeks ago when he demanded a trade. Sixers chairman Ed Snider confirmed the news on December 8, stating that the team would accommodate Iverson’s wishes.
Less than two weeks later, Sixers president Billy King delivered on his boss’ promise, sending the 2001 MVP to a contender. #
